CICA Handbooks Restructured The CICA Handbook – Accounting and the CICA Handbook – Assurance have been restructured to implement changing accounting and auditing standards. New accounting standards for private enterprises and International Financial Reporting Standards have been added to the Handbook - Accounting. Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations and Pension Plans will be added when available. The new Quality Control Standard for firms, 36 Canadian Auditing Standards and retained Sections and Guidelines have been added to the Handbook – Assurance.
